Penny Hulbert, MBA - Founder and President Spanning a professional career of more than 20 years, Penny Hulbert has worked for premier firms in the financial services industry. Her areas of focus have been debt financing, problem loan resolution and restructuring, interim financial leadership and project management. Penny has assisted public and private companies, as well as family offices, with developing strategies, determining appropriate capital structures and arranging debt financing. As the President of Links Financial LLC, she identifies the most appropriate financing structure, provides referrals to well-suited funding sources and advocates for the client throughtout the challenging process. Penny earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business, graduating cum laude from Wake Forest University; and a Masters of Business Administration with a Finance concentration, graduating with the Highest Honors, from the University of Tampa. Prior to founding Links Financial, her banking career has included senior positions with Bank of America, Northern Trust, and the Royal Bank of Canada' s U.S. subsidiary. Professional affiliations:
Daniel Perez, MBA - Financial Analyst His hands-on and no-nonsense approach to "get the job done"

Daniel has previously worked for Merrill Lynch in Miami,
FL, and for The Bank of Tampa in Tampa, FL.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration/Finance, graduating from the University of Florida; a Master of Science with
emphasis in Entrepreneurship, also from the University of Florida and a
Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Finance, from The
University of Tampa.
