Penny Hulbert, MBA - Founder and President Spanning a professional career of more than 20 years, Penny Hulbert has worked for premier firms in the financial services industry. Her areas of focus have been debt financing, financial management/consulting, project and process management, team and leadership development and problem loan resolution. During her career, Hulbert has assisted public and private companies in developing strategies and determining appropriate capital structures and on arranging the financing. As the President of Links Financial LLC, she identifies the most appropriate financing program for the client; provides referrals to funding sources and advocates for the client during the process. Links Financial assists with determining a company's appropriate capital structure and financing, structuring partner buyouts, developing succession and wealth transfer plans, and forecasting financial budgets. Hulbert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business, graduating cum laude fromWakeForest University and a Masters of Business Administration with a Finance concentration, graduating with the Highest Honors, from the University of Tampa. Prior to founding Links Financial LLC, her banking career has included senior positions with Bank of America, Northern Trust, and the Royal Bank of Canada' s U.S. subsidiary.
